With over 35 years of experience spanning both sales and operations, I have had the privilege of helping build one of the most successful direct selling distributor organizations in the world. Throughout my career, I have served in multiple C-level roles — including CEO, CIO, and CSO — which has given me a rare 360-degree perspective on leadership, growth, and field development.

My work centers on helping companies drive consistent sales growth through strategic advisory, leadership development, and scalable business frameworks. I specialize in building and sustaining momentum through relationships and community — because in our industry, people are the real infrastructure.
